Post-Secondary Access Manager:
Come join our team! Wyman is looking for a committed, youth-focused individual who is excited about the opportunity to support long-term impact for young people in our region. The Post-Secondary Access Manager is a member of the Wyman Leaders Program team and is responsible for coordinating all programming for rising high school juniors and seniors, including overseeing progressive college readiness work and tracking and supporting teen progress towards college readiness and post-secondary success. This role manages the summer experience by living and traveling with the teens and seasonal staff. This position works collaboratively with other Wyman Leader Program Managers and the Program Director in order to create a seamless multi-year program for participating teens. This position spends as much as 3-4 days per week out of the office with teens in their schools and communities supporting their readiness for college and other post-secondary options.
As a result of Wyman’s Programs, teens across the region are able to build academic success, healthy behaviors and relationships and life and leadership skills. They graduate on-time, are accepted to colleges and universities, and participate in community service at rates far beyond their peers.

A deep appreciation for Wyman’s positive youth development approaches, as well as supports for academic success, leadership development, and post-secondary access and success are fundamental to the role. A Master’s Degree in education, social work, psychology or a related field is preferred, as well as 3 months-1 year of supervisory experience and 2-4 years of professional experience in college admissions, post-secondary access programming, and/or high school guidance counseling.
