Event Coordination & Sales Associate:
Join our team! Wyman is seeking an enthusiastic, customer service oriented individual to support the event coordination and sales component of our vended services team. The Event Coordination and Sales Associate is responsible for selling events using Wyman facilities, as well as the planning, delivery, and services related to those events. This role handles a variety of tasks: providing follow up with internal and external customers, acting as the sales liaison and fulfilling contracts by coordinating all booked event services with Food Services, Vended Services, Facilities and Housekeeping. The associate will track security and damage deposits and work with Finance to monitor account revenue and expenses. This role will also work with the Program Management team to address the logistical needs of service schedules based on programing needs. The associate will use exceptional customer service skills to maintain a positive relationship with customers as their primary point of contact throughout all stages of the event process.
